- 2 c. Espresso or decaf. Espresso, brewed
- 1/2 c. sweetened whipped cream

1Heat milk in small sauce pan.

2Sift cocoa and sugar into milk and whisk to blend.

4Divide equally into four small Espresso or demitasse cups.
