  • 2 12 cups crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 12 cups flour
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 12 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 14 lb margarine

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into 8x12 inch baking pan that is well greased.

    Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

    Icing:

    Heat sugar, margarine and milk to boiling.

    Stir once.

    Boil for 7 minutes, add coconut and pecans.

    Beat until thick and cool.

    Pour over cake while still in pan.

    Cut into squares and serve.
