- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 2 12 cups flour
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 12 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 14 lb margarine
Directions

1Cake:.

2Combine all ingredients and mix well.

3Pour into 8x12 inch baking pan that is well greased.

4Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

5Icing:

6Heat sugar, margarine and milk to boiling.

8Boil for 7 minutes, add coconut and pecans.

9Beat until thick and cool.

10Pour over cake while still in pan.

11Cut into squares and serve.
