Cajun Chicken BLT

  • 72 boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each)
  • 1 1/2 cups Cajun seasoning
  • 144 slices thick-sliced sandwich bread toasted
  • 4 1/2 cups Kraft Sauce Works Dijon Bistro Sauce
  • 144 strips bacon, cooked
  • 72 Leaf lettuce leaves
  • 216 slices tomatoes, sliced

Directions

    Rub chicken with Cajun seasoning.

    Preheat grill to medium/high; cook chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through (170F).

    For each serving: Spread one side of each toast slice with 1/2 Tbsp sauce.

    Place 1 chicken breast half, 2 bacon slices, 1 lettuce leaf and 3 tomato slices on toast slice; cover with toast slice.

    Cut crosswise in half to serve.

    Secure each half with 4 inch frilled toothpick.
