- 16 oz unsalted butter
- 2 tsp thyme
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp oregano
- 3 tbsp your favorite Cajun spice
- 1 set of gloves
- 2 lb jumbo shrimp
Directions

1Let the butter get to room temperature so that it is easy to work with

2Add all ingredients into 1 bowl

3Put gloves on and mix ingredients together until they are consistent throughout.

4You don't want any marbling.

5Once everything is mixed together work into a ball

6Stick back in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, over night would be best

7Once refrigerated, take out and place in a saute pan on a med/high heat and let melt 3/4 of the way down and add your shrimp or other seafood of choice
