  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 2 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 lb. pure beef smoked sausage

Directions

    Drain whole kernel corn; save juice.

    Add liquid to cornbread mix.

    Add egg, sour cream and margarine; mix well.

    Add corn and remaining ingredients, mixing well.

    Grease a 9 x 11-inch pan. Pour ingredients and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    You may add Tabasco sauce to mixture before baking if you like it spicy.
