  • 1 pkg. (1 lb) frozen crawfish
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 2 to 3 chopped jalapenos
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Tony's Chachere Creole seasoning
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
