- 1 c. chopped white onion
- 1 c. chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. flour
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 lb. frozen crawfish tails
- 1/2 tsp. Tony's seasoning (more if desired)
- 1 can crab meat (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Saute onions and bell peppers in cooking oil.

2Add Tony's seasoning.

3After sauteing, add flour to thicken.

4Stir in well. Add tomato sauce and water.

5Stir well.

6Let cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.

7Then add crawfish; lower heat and let cook for 30 minutes.

8May add crab meat when crawfish is added, if desired; serve over rice.
