- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- pinch of ground red pepper (cayenne)
- parsley sprigs for garnish
Directions

1Peel and halve eggs lengthwise.

2Remove yolks.

3Set yolk aside and place 11 other yolks in a small bowl.

4Coarsely mash yolks.

5Add mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, relish, salt, black pepper and red pepper.

6Stir well to combine.

7Spoon yolk mixture into hollow egg whites, dividing evenly.

8Press remaining yolk half through strainer or grate on fine side of cheese grater.

9Sprinkle over eggs.

10Top with parsley.
