- 6 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 1 1/4 oz. can paprika
- 1 Tbsp. creole seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. accent
- 3 15 oz. cans chicken broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 wild ducks, dressed
- 12 bay leaves
- Hot cooked wild rice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, paprika, creole seasoning, sugar and accent.

3Add chicken broth; stir until blended.

4Salt and pepper ducks to taste.

5Place four bay leaves in each cavity.

6Place ducks breast down in a dutch oven; cover with broth mixture.

7Bake covered for 2 1/2 hours or until tender.

8Debone ducks and serve with gravy over rice.
