- 3 Potatoes
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Cajun spices
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
Directions

1Per heat the oven to highest

2Wash and peel the potatoes

3Cut it into lengthwise half inch sticks

4In bowl, mix the potatoes with the other ingredients and toss well

5Lined a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the potato stick evenly.

6Put the tray in oven and reduce the temp to 200 C for 10 minutes

7After 10 minutes, increase the temp to 250 C for another 30 to 35 minutes.
