- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1 lb. fresh or thawed frozen firm white fish fillets *
- 4 c. hot, cooked rice
Directions

1In 10-inch skillet over medium heat in hot oil, cook green pepper with oregano until tender, stirring often.
