Cajun Meat Pie

- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon powder
- Cajun seasoning, to taste
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- Double pie crust
Directions

1Saute onions and bell pepper in vegetable oil.

2Add ground beef, bouillon powder and Cajun seasoning.

3Saute until done.

4Add mashed potatoes and mix well.

5Line pie pan with first pie crust. Pour in meat mixture. Cover with second crust. Poke a few holes in the crust. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.

6Mixture can also be used for small individual pies.
