  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 3 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 2 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1 cup peach preserves

    1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease medium baking sheet

    2- In a large bowl, mix throughly the ground beef through eggs
  3. 3
    3- Form golf ball size meatballs and place on prepared cooking sheet. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until no longer pink.

    4- In a medium sauce pan combine barbeque sauce and peach preserves. Heat throughly.

    5- When meatballs are done place in a serving dish and coat with sauce.
