- 1 quart orange juice
- 6 pickled jalapeno peppers, brine-packed, pickled
- champagne, well chilled
- ice, crushed
Directions

1Pour orange juice into a non-metallic container with a tight fitting lid.

2Slice the pickled jalapenos into half-inch rounds - do not remove seeds.

3Add the jalapenos to the orange juice.

4Place lid on container and shake well.

5Refrigerate 3 days.

6When read to serve, strain orange juice, discarding peppers.

7Fill champagne glasses half full of crushed ice.

8Fill glasses half full of orange juice.

9Add enough Champagne to fill glasses.

10Stir gently and serve.
