- 1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter
- 3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. black pepper (1 is mild, 2 very hot)
- 16 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
Directions

1Put butter, pepper and Worcestershire sauce in a large skillet and cook on high heat.

2Add mushrooms when butter is melted; cook on high, stirring regularly.

3Cook until mushrooms look glazed and sauce is reduced.

4Add onions and continue cooking until onions are soft.

5Serve with crackers with cold wine or beer.
