- 1 c. stuffing mix (herb)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Texas Pete
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients. If mixture is dry, add a little water to moisten. Form into cakes and fry in 1/2-inch cooking oil. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
