  • 14 lg. unpeeled shrimp
  • 6 tbsp. cold unsalted butter
  • 1-1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1-1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Creole seasoning
  • 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • Hot French bread

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 450F.

    Place the shrimp, 3 Tbsp of butter, seasonings, and garlic in a saute' pan or oven proof skillet large enough to hold the shrimp in only one layer.

    Place shrimp in oven for about 2 minutes.

    Remove and turn the shrimp over and return for another 2-3 minutes.

    Remove the shrimp.

    Place on the stove on medium heat.

    Add the lemon juice and the remaining 3 Tbsp of butter, 1 Tbsp at a time.

    Serve in a bowl with the French bread for the dipping.
