- 14 lg. unpeeled shrimp
- 6 tbsp. cold unsalted butter
- 1-1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1-1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp. Creole seasoning
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 lemon, juice of
- Hot French bread
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 450F.

2Place the shrimp, 3 Tbsp of butter, seasonings, and garlic in a saute' pan or oven proof skillet large enough to hold the shrimp in only one layer.

3Place shrimp in oven for about 2 minutes.

4Remove and turn the shrimp over and return for another 2-3 minutes.

5Remove the shrimp.

6Place on the stove on medium heat.

7Add the lemon juice and the remaining 3 Tbsp of butter, 1 Tbsp at a time.

8Serve in a bowl with the French bread for the dipping.
