  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 lb. beef, cut into pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (Tabasco)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 medium-sized potatoes, quartered
  • 1/3 c. sweet peas
  • red and green pepper, sliced into strips

Directions

    Heat oil and brown the garlic.

    Remove the garlic and saute onion and tomatoes, then add the meat and seasonings.

    Cook until the meat is almost tender.

    Add potatoes.

    When potatoes are almost cooked, thicken the sauce.

    Add sliced pepper and peas. Serve hot.
