- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 lb. beef, cut into pieces
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (Tabasco)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 medium-sized potatoes, quartered
- 1/3 c. sweet peas
- red and green pepper, sliced into strips
Directions

1Heat oil and brown the garlic.

2Remove the garlic and saute onion and tomatoes, then add the meat and seasonings.

3Cook until the meat is almost tender.

4Add potatoes.

5When potatoes are almost cooked, thicken the sauce.

6Add sliced pepper and peas. Serve hot.
