- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) can baked beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can butter or lima beans
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Cook bacon crisp (drain on paper towel) and set aside to crumble over top.

2Brown ground chuck with onions (drain).

3Drain beans and combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

4Sprinkle top with bacon and bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes.
