  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 13 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 13 cup milk
  • 4 ounces gruyere cheese, grated
  • 5 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 ounces chorizo sausage, diced very small
  • 5 green olives or 5 black olives, chopped
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Sift together the flour and baking powder.

    In a bowl, beat the eggs, oil, paprika and milk together.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Carefully fold the egg mixture into the flour to make a smooth batter.

    Add the cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, chorizo and the olives.

    Stir gently.

    Lightly butter a loaf pan and dust with flour.

    Pour in the mixture.

    Bake for 50 minutes.

    Check for doneness by sticking the blade of a knife into the loaf-it should come out dry.
