  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 qt. water or chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 1/2 to 3 c. chopped potatoes
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Mix and cook chicken broth, celery, onion and potatoes for about 15 minutes.

    Add frozen vegetables and mushrooms.

    Cook 10 minutes longer.

    Add soup and cheese. Heat slowly until cheese and soups are melted.
