- 1 head escarole
- 1 head romaine
- 1/2 large red onion
- 1 bag shelled sunflower seeds
- 3 large cans drained mandarin oranges
- fresh dill or fresh sprigs of coriander
- 4 Tbsp. sunflower oil
- balsamic vinegar to taste
Directions

1Clean by washing escarole and romaine and sprigs of dill or coriander.

2Tear and make large salad.

3Add thinly sliced red onion.

4Only add mandarin oranges, sunflower seeds and vinegar. Add oil just before serving.

5It is a refreshing salad.
