  • 7 ounces calisson cream
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • heavy cream 20 cl.
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

Directions

    Whisk all the ingredients together until you have a smooth and uniform mixture.

    Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and mix for about 30 minutes.

    Put the ice cream in a container and place in the freezer for a few hours.

    Remove the ice cream a few minutes before serving.
