- 7 ounces calisson cream
- 1 can condensed milk
- heavy cream 20 cl.
- 4 tablespoons sugar
Directions

1Whisk all the ingredients together until you have a smooth and uniform mixture.

2Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and mix for about 30 minutes.

3Put the ice cream in a container and place in the freezer for a few hours.

4Remove the ice cream a few minutes before serving.
