Ingredients

  • 2 cans boned chicken (10 oz.)
  • 1 can barbecue pork (10 oz.)
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 c. hot barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can roast beef (12 oz.)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can creamed corn (15 oz.)
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • water, salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Peel and chop onion and potatoes.

    Add water, boil until tender.

    Chop meat and add.

    Add all other ingredients except corn.

    Bring to a boil.

    Add corn.

    Cover and leave on lowest heat until ready to serve.
