- 1 large Boston butt
- 2 large fryers or chicken parts
- 4 qt. tomatoes
- 4 cans whole or creamed corn
- 4 cans English peas
- 1 gal. catsup
- 1 bottle hot sauce
- 3 qt. finely chopped potatoes
- 4 large or 3 medium, finely chopped onions
Directions

1Boil meats together until done; debone.

2Chop very fine.

3Boil potatoes and onions together, until tender.

4In large pot, heat corn, peas and tomatoes until hot.

5Add meat and catsup.

6Add hot sauce to taste.

7Simmer for an hour or so, keeping it stirred very well.

8Simmer slowly.
