  • 500 ml Ruby grapefruit juice, chilled
  • 4 Tbsp. Campari or possibly to taste Crushed ice
  • 1 sprg mint to serve

Directions

    Whizz 250ml of crushed ice with the Campari and grapefruit juice.

    Half fill a jug with more crushed ice, pour in the mix, cram the top of the jug with mint sprigs and serve.
