  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. apricot nectar

    Mix well.

    Bake 40 to 45 minutes in a well-greased and floured tube pan at 350°.

    Remove from oven and let stand in cold water about 5 minutes, then turn out on plate and glaze while still warm with 1 cup powdered sugar and juice from lemon.
