- 1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can minced clams
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 c. diced sharp American cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pitted ripe olives
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- few drops bottled hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Drain clams, reserving 1 tablespoon of liquid.

2Cook onion in butter until tender, but not brown.

3Add clams, reserved clam liquid and remaining ingredients.

4Heat until cheese melts and mixture is hot.

5Serve with crackers and chips.
