  • 2 or 3 small bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon powder
  • 1 small can cream-style corn
  • 1 can celery soup (no water)
  • 1 c. milk
  • meal (to right consistency)
  • melted margarine

Directions

    Put 2 tablespoons margarine in two aluminum pie tins and place in preheated 450° oven to melt.

    Put milk in mixing bowl. Add meal gradually until desired consistency is reached (not too thick, not too thin).

    Add first 6 ingredients and mix well. Add melted margarine. Spray tins with Pam and fill with batter.

    Bake about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 12.
