- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 pound linguica sausage, sliced
- 1 (12 ounce) can roast beef with gravy
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can sweet corn
Directions

1Melt butter and oil in a large frying pan over the hot coals of a campfire. Stir in potatoes and onion, and cook until the onions are translucent. Add the linguica and continue cooking until the linguica has browned. Stir in the roast beef, and cook until warmed. Add the corn with it's juice, and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
