- 2 slices onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 slice green pepper
- 1/2 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped cabbage
- 1/2 medium carrot, grated
- 1 medium potato, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 2 Tbsp. cream soup
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Shape ground beef into large patty.

2Place onion on large piece of foil.

3Add patty. Season. Add green pepper, celery and cabbage. Top with carrot and potato. Add soup and water. Wrap tightly. Grill for 1 hour or until done.

4May bake at 350° for 1 hour.
