  • 1/2 c. ground beef
  • 2 slices onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 slice green pepper
  • 1/2 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 medium carrot, grated
  • 1 medium potato, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp. cream soup
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Shape ground beef into large patty.

    Place onion on large piece of foil.
  3. 3
    Add patty. Season. Add green pepper, celery and cabbage. Top with carrot and potato. Add soup and water. Wrap tightly. Grill for 1 hour or until done.

    May bake at 350° for 1 hour.
