- 2 lb. potatoes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 stick margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Slice potatoes thin.

2Place on heavy-duty aluminum foil.

3Peel and dice onion; mix with potatoes.

4Cut margarine into pieces and drop on top.

5Add salt and pepper.

6Fold over aluminum foil; roll edges to close.

7Place over campfire or on grill for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
