  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients (flour and sugar); add milk and add eggs and then butter.

    Whip by hand.

    Let sit for 15 minutes.

    In pan with little butter on medium heat, cook and flip quickly.
