- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. red cinnamon candies
Directions

1Create a syrup of 2 cups sugar, 2/3 cup corn syrup and water. Add cinnamon candies for color and flavor.

2Stir mixture until dissolved.

3Boil and simmer, covered, for 3 minutes.

4Uncover and cook to just under the hard crack stage.

5Keep pan over warm water.
