- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced bacon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Line broiler pan with foil.

3Position rack on top and coat with cooking spray.

4Place brown sugar in a shallow dish. Tie each bacon slice into a loose knot.

5Press one side of bacon in sugar to coat well.

6Arrange in a single layer, sugared side up, on broiler rack.

7Bake until crisp and bubbly. Cool 15 to 20 minutes.

8Transfer to paper towels to drain and cool. Can be held up to 3 hours at cool room temperature.
