  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/4 c. jellied cranberry sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. canned sliced carrots

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine margarine, cranberry sauce and sugar in skillet; simmer on low heat until cranberry sauce melts, stirring often.

    Drain carrots.

    Add carrots to cranberry mixture, stirring well.

    Place in baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
