  • 6 medium carrots
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Boil carrots, scrape and cut into strips.

    Mix other ingredients in a baking dish and warm to make syrup.

    Put carrots in syrup so it covers them.
  4. 4
    Bake until candied in a 350° oven.
