  • 3 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. sweet milk
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
