  • 2 3/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. mixed pickle spices, tie in nylon net bag

    in lengthwise strips, slices or chunks.

    Combine sugar

    vinegar;

    pickling

    spices. Place pickles in bowl or

    jar and cover with the syrup.

    Cover and let stand for several days.

    Stir every day.

    Remove spice bag and pickles are ready.
