Candied Pecans

   Combine sugar and sour cream in a large skillet.

   Bring to a boil and boil

   for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes.

   Remove from heat and add vanilla.

   Add pecans and stir quickly to coat.

   Spread on wax paper to cool.
