  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 lb. pecans

Directions

    Combine sugar and sour cream in a large skillet.

    Bring to a boil and boil

    for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add vanilla.

    Add pecans and stir quickly to coat.

    Spread on wax paper to cool.
