  • 2 to 3 lb. pork chops
  • 1 lb. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 chopped onion
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Place pork chops in a 13 x 9-inch dish.

    Salt and pepper. Sprinkle onion, spices and sugar over the chops.

    Cook in a 425° oven until nicely done and glazed (about 30 minutes).
