- 3 large potatoes (yams)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Peel and slice potatoes about 1/4-inch thick.

2Arrange in bottom of casserole dish.

3Sprinkle sugar over yams with nutmeg. Squeeze lemon juice over potatoes and slice lemon thinly and place over potatoes.

4Cut margarine or butter over potatoes.

5Cover with foil and bake in 375° oven for 45 minutes.
