  • 1/3 c. cinnamon candies (about 15 hard candies)
  • 1/4 tsp. red food coloring
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 tart cooking apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 1/2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

    In a large saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups apple juice, candies, food coloring, vanilla and apples.
