- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- round steak or sirloin, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 cans mushrooms
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1After preparing steak by cutting into bite size strips; brown in skillet with butter.

2After steak is brown, lower heat to medium and place remaining ingredients on top of the steak in the skillet.

3Allow to simmer for approximately 35 minutes or until steak is tender.

4Serve over cooked Minute rice.
