  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 bottle caramel ice cream topping
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 Heath candy bars or favorite candy bar

    Pour sweetened condensed milk over cake, then ice cream topping. Let cool. (Can freeze.)
