- 1 1/3 c. grated coconut
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. instant coffee powder
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) milk chocolate candy bar with almonds, broken
- 4 c. frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
Directions

1Combine coconut and butter or margarine; press into 8-inch pie plate.

2Bake at 325° until coconut is golden, about 10 minutes. Cool thoroughly.

3In small saucepan, dissolve coffee powder in 2 tablespoons water; add chocolate bar.

4Stir chocolate mixture over low heat until melted; cool.

5Fold in whipped dessert topping; pile into coconut crust.

6Chill in freezer several hours or overnight.

7(It will not freeze solid.)
