- 1 pinch cream of tartar
- 1 pinch salt
- orange food coloring
- yellow food coloring

1Preheat oven to 160-180F.

2Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

3In an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until foamy.

4Add salt, cream of tartar, and sugar.

5Continue to beat at high speed until stiff and glossy.

6Divide into three bowls.

7Make white, orange (using orange food coloring), and yellow (using food coloring).

8Fill pastry bag with meringue.

9Pipe yellow disc measuring 1 1/4 inches.

10Pipe orange on top, make it slightly smaller than the yellow layer.

11Layer white on top, make it slightly smaller than the orange layer.

12Bake about 3-4 hours until they become dry.
