Ingredients

  • 2 gal. snap beans (allow some for stringing)
  • 3 qt. water
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Let the water, vinegar and sugar come to a boiling point.

    Put in the beans and boil 30 minutes. Pack beans in jars and pour in boiling liquid.
  3. 3
    Seal and put in cool dark place 30 minutes. Process for canning beans.
