- 2 gal. snap beans (allow some for stringing)
- 3 qt. water
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Let the water, vinegar and sugar come to a boiling point.

2Put in the beans and boil 30 minutes. Pack beans in jars and pour in boiling liquid.

3Seal and put in cool dark place 30 minutes. Process for canning beans.
