- uniodized table salt
Directions

1Pack beef tightly in pint canning jars.

2Add 3/4 teaspoon uniodized table salt to each pint.

3Seal jars.

4Place in pressure canner with 10 pounds weight and process for 75 minutes.

5Good for beef and noodles, barbecue beef or hot beef and gravy.
