  • 10 lb. cheap beef roast, cut into small cubes with fat trimmed off
  • uniodized table salt

Directions

    Pack beef tightly in pint canning jars.

    Add 3/4 teaspoon uniodized table salt to each pint.

    Seal jars.

    Place in pressure canner with 10 pounds weight and process for 75 minutes.

    Good for beef and noodles, barbecue beef or hot beef and gravy.
