- 2 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (per pt. jar)
- dill weed (per pt. jar)
- 1 clove garlic, cut up (per pt. jar)
- green beans (fresh, per pt. jar)
Directions

1Combine first three ingredients and bring to a boil.

2Turn to low and keep warm.

3Put next four ingredients into a pint jar. Put syrup mixture over; put on canning lids.

4Boil in cold water bath for 20 minutes.

5Eat from jar just like pickles.
